Founder
A.D. formed Behavior, Inc. after more than 20 years of advising corporations and individuals here in the U.S. and abroad. She is passionate about improving peoples lives and businesses. She serves as lead consultant for Public Safety Diving operations and provides other guidance as needed. She has a BA in social science and economics, Masters Degree in behavior analysis, juris doctorate, certificate in organizational change management from Wharton School of Business, and she is a Master Level SCUBA diver.
Lina H.
Client Relationship Manager
She is a people-person who helps us to check in on clients and is instrumental in helping us to maintain healthy relationships with our clientele, especially in LATAM. She has a BS in business and minor in Industrial Technology Management.

Consultant
With more than a decade of experience in applied behavior analysis, she provides key insight on some of our most challenging cases. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She has BS in psychology and MS in BA.
Dr. Andressa S.
Consultant

Andressa has a PhD in Psychology and a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis. She specializes in organizational behavior and behavior-based safety. She graces us with her presence on a case by case basis.

Callie has a BA in Psychology and minor in Business. She is experienced in instructional design, e-learning, and research.
